Delivery Cost
Free shipping for all order $100 CAD + (Canada and USA). Calculated automatically at the check out.
For order under $100 CAD:
Flat shipping rate 1 for Canada British Columbia residences - $15 CAD (takes 2-7 business days depending on location)
All orders at these rates will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (tracking and insurance up to $100 CAD included)
Flat shipping rate 2 for Canada residences - $20 CAD (takes 5-10 business days depending on location)
All orders at these rates will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (tracking and insurance up to $100 CAD included)US Flat shipping rate - $20 CAD (takes 7 - 15 business days)
Regular Mail Delivery
We understand that shipping can be expensive, specially for
small orders. We can also offer regular mail delivery for all Canadian residences
(no tracking and insurance included) – for extra $3. This method
can only work for small orders with flat lightweight items (example - up to 2 pairs
of earrings, up 2 bracelets max 12 mm bead, 1 necklace).
Please note, Crystals cannot be shipped via this method due
to weight, size, and extra protection required. Shipment confirmation will be
provided, but we cannot guarantee you receive the order using this method.
If you would like to use Regular Mail shipping, please contact info@harmonyjewellery.com for approval.
Dispatch Time
All the orders will be shipped withing 1-2 business days
(Monday – Friday) after full payment received.
Local Pick Up and Showroom Hours
Free Pick Up. Our in-house showroom located at Port
Coquitlam, BC, Canada. If you a local resident and would like to pick up your
order or visit us for in-person shopping, please choose this option at the checkout. You can request convenient date and time in the comment section. We will send our address to confirm or discuss
other day/ time options.
Pick up hours. Monday to Saturday 9 am - 5 pm, Sunday – 9 am - 10 pm (by appointment only).
